I'm trying to figure out what point you are trying to make. Having a bunch of them suddenly running around would be even worse than Snow Elves. There is one known living Dwemer and he spends several years looking for other Dwemer, to no avail.
Maybe with the release of the Clockwork DLC the Dwemer race is reintroduced to Tamriel.
There should be an 'other' and i would pick Dwemer.
